In The name of Allah, The Compassionate, The Merciful.


38.1 - Sad; by the Quran containing the reminder.


38.2 - Rather those who have disbelieved in pride and dissention.


38.3 - How many have We destroyed before them of a generation, then they called out; and it was not a time for escape.


38.4 - And they wondered that there has come to them a warner from among them; and the unbelievers say: This is a lying magician.


38.5 - Has he made the gods one god? Indeed, this is a strange thing.


38.6 - And the chiefs among them went forth, (saying): Continue and be patient over your gods; indeed, this is a thing wanted.


38.7 - We did not hear of this in the last faith; this is only a fabrication.


38.8 - Has the reminder been sent down upon him from among us? Rather, they are in doubt about My reminder. Rather, they have not tasted My torture.


38.9 - Or are theirs the treasures of the mercy of your Lord, the Mighty, the Giver?


38.10 - Or is theirs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and what is between them? Then let them raise through reasons.
